Friendly staff, food not bad but not much choice.
Bad Points
My room was a disgrace smelling of strong tobacco, dirty bedding, toilet was disgusting. Plaster falling off crack in ceiling. Ceiling fan hanging off and thick dust and rust. Room needed decorating and curtains steam cleaned.
General Comments
This is down as 4 star but 2 star would be pushing it. We complained on first night of stale smoke and was told there was no other room available. Sheets dirty bedding and pillows a disgrace. We moved out into another hotel after 4 days in room 317 which we paid for on top of what we paid for an all inclusive 4 star holiday. I will not be coming to Malta again and certainly wont be coming to this hotel again. We were disgusted with the quality of the rooms.
