No admin problems, ever.
Ridiculous annual fee, embarrassingly pretentious
I was offered a "Black Card" based on prior purchase history. After paying the outrageous fees for years and never using any of the "exclusive" services, I finally downgraded to a Costco Cash Back AmEx.
