I am disabled I have been flying with easy jet for years great no problem cabin staff good.
The last 18 months have been bad. Alicanti airport is a nightmare to get help on and off plane even when I have always booked in advance
Easyjet have always looked after me well till the last 18 months. I do hope it will soon sort out its problem at Alicanti or I will have to look at an other carrier.
