Good Points

Great iron, works well on all fabrics and I like that it does not scorch and leave shiny marks.


Bad Points

We have had repair issues after only 2 months of owning it. We don't abuse it or overuse the iron. Daily ironing of one or two garments. Wish it had a reservoir guide to tell when the water is low. The water doesn't last long and need refilled often.


General Comments

We owned this Eurosteam iron for two months before the steam button stuck and were getting continuous steaming. I too had a tough time getting the RA number required for repair calling the # in Canada (but we live in the US). Finally after 5 calls and playing tag I got the RA #. I boxed it up and sent it back w/ the $14.95 shipping to Las Vegas. It was returned within a day of Redfern receiving, repairing by Fed Ex. I was SO surprised at the quick turn around, we actually missed that silly iron. However after two days of using the repaired iron the same thing happened, stuck steam button. I called Redfern Las Vegas this time and they are a sending a NEW Iron- which I think is the correct thing after spending $200 for it new, plus shipping to repair within 2 months of purchase. They also are sending Fed Ex to pick up the "old" iron. We will keep our finger crossed this will be the last time we have to deal with a repair issue for this iron. It is a great product when it works correctly.
