The Amex Platinum Concierge Service is already Excellent, so I would take a safe guess to say that the Amex Black is definitely the glazing on the cake. Fabulous!
Bad Points
I don't have the card yet, so I I'll keep my coments to when I get it.
General Comments
Yes, its true that there are other cards with zero annual fees etc. Being able to use the Amex Black basically says that the user does not mind paying for his perks/kicks.
I know that Amex has recently started to remake themselves anew after all the bad comments and press from the members. But please remember why you took THE BLACK CARD in the 1st place...
DISTINCTION above all else.
