The internet and the customer service department are efficient and make the whole experience very professional.
Bad Points
The initial sales person did not fully explain the additional costs associated with "administration charges" by the manufacturer. I think it is important for the sales person to explain what is covered and what is not.
General Comments
Overall the contact hire rate was extremely competitive and I have been pleasantly surprised how easy it is to contract hire a car. The total process from proposal to delivery has been no more than 3 weeks. Just to reiterate the point about inclusion. I believe it is incumbent upon the seller to describe the item being contracted. Road tax, fuel on delivery should all be set out at the beginning. I feel this has been a great experience, keep it up.
