General Comments

When my brake pads wore out, I went online and did a google search on them. That's how I found PartsTrain.com. With their simple website design, I was able to easily find the brake pads that I was looking for and ordered them immediately. But after three days of waiting, the brake pads never came, so I called up the customer service for an explanation. Without a hint of rudeness or arrogance, they explained to me why there was a delay, and that my order was already on its way as we speak. True to their word, the brake pads arrived a day after the call. I've tried other online stores after that, but not many has the great service that PartsTrain.com has given me. All my car parts purchases just proves that PartsTrain always gives the quality service every online shopper needs. I'm never going to buy from another site again!
