Pricing (for existing Sky customers)
In my experience and opinion -Speed
Reliability
Cheap hardware as far as I am concerned - (Netgear DG834 Router)
Customer Service team who in my opinion is not helpful.
As soon as I can get away from Sky BroadBand - I will.
TV - fantastic - Broadband... not worth the money as far as I am concerned.
Sky have not been a good ISP in my opinion - They're TV services.
