Bad Points
Very poor untrained staff for the type of livestock kept
i say livestock because that is how they see it
cages too small ie:- birds unable to stretch wings
nocturnal creatures kept awake all day
General Comments
You are no where near becoming a careing shop
all you think about is the profit
these poor creatures dont stand a chance if you dont lead by example
pull your socks up!!

I disagree with this review because... the staff that served me when I purchased an African Grey were extremely helpful. I was even given an out-of-hours contact number in case I had any questions with my new parrot! Not many stores that I know of would give such a service!
As for inadequate cages, that is simply wrong. The cages were extremely spacious in my opinion. Furthermore, several of the birds cages were open and the birds were allowed to play and exercise in their surroundings - all of which were quite happy sat freely on the tops of their cages! I have never seen parrots so friendly in my life!!
Yet another unjustified review; I would suggest that this reviewer, as he/she eloquently puts it, should pull their own socks up!!
