Good Points

As long as your application is going smoothly, the advisor at Blue Moon will be helpful and courteous.


Bad Points

If there are any problems of any kind with your application you will find that all of a sudden you will not be able to contact your advisor for days and when you do they will not be so courteous.


General Comments

Blue Moon Mortgages, personally, if I wanted a mortgage again, I would not touch this company with a 6ft barge pole. I found the advisor I dealt with to be extremely friendly at first however, at the sign of any trouble she became, unhelpful, arrogant and full of self importance.
