General Comments

Connection speed its so slow in my opinion and experience. Dont try and play xbox live on it, Cant handle it even though the call centre opperator as far as I am concerned said it would with ease. Customer service were unhelpful, when we signed up for it they said it will be £5pm which we were happy with but then the dd came out and was £17 pm and they did not tell us this. We complained and asked for the call we made to be sent to us to prove we were never told that we would have to pay £17pm because where we live! Which they charged us £10 pound for and have not gave us as far as I am aware because there were no notes on the system! We complained again. They said Sky Broadband will give us broad band for 6 months at £5pm but there after back to £17pm (more than triple the cost we were quoted and excepted) And they offered us this in good will? What a joke in my opinion! Still chasing to cancel and want to go with O2 Broadband Looks and sound really good and cheap. Good TV but Leave broadband to people who are capable to provide a good service and deliver what they promise as I feel Sky have not done that for me. I did not find their staff helpful as I felt the information they give me personally did not sort out the situation I was in. As far as I am aware they have not yet returned our calls. 3 times now they said management will call us back as far as I am concerned. Therefore I do not recommend this internet broadband provider.
