Whitstable restaurant has fantastic food (somehow fresher and better prepared than other Prezzo restaurants I've eaten at), good service and friendly staff.
Had the odd bad server there, but never seen them there since.
Even the olives at this Prezzo are better than at others I've been to. Doesn't seem possible I know given that they're probably all from one supplier and require very little preparation, but there you have it. Avoid the one in Canterbury, it's not very good - head to Whitstable instead.
