Nothing to be honest.
Very unprofessional. Said they would send my user name for internet banking in the post, and never did.
I wanted to set up internet and phone banking, so i rang them up and they said that i had to go to my local bank and tell them to edit my name because when i created my account the woman had spelt my name wrong. So i did that and phoned again, then they said i had to go back because there was a spelling error in my address. Again, i went back, sorted it out and rang again. This time, everything went fine, and they said they would send me my username in the post. Its been 6 months and have not received anything. I have since changed my bank.
Why should a huge company like this have to be told twice?
