General Comments

Post Office Travel Insurance refused to pay although I have a doctors note ( £15) they insist on two notes from Ryanair ( £15 each) for each flight I haven't flown on. How could I fly, I have a doctors note, clearly stating I was unable to travel. A cancellation note from the car hire company although I didn't cancel this as I only knew the day of the holiday I wouldn't be able to use it. This is the same for the house I rented.

They said when I initially phoned and said I would be able to claim my car hire costs.
