I would like to say they gave us a good rate on an all inclusive to Mexico. However, you do not know what you are buying until after they have taken you money, which is when they change your flight schedule to includes a connecting flight that you did not know you were purchasing, and you now spend 13 hours travelling on day one of your trip instead of the expected 4 hours. Just pray you don't miss your check in time window at your hotel, because they WILL give your room away and make you wait hours for whatever becomes available. The airlines obviously treat expedia customers like second rate low life's. In addition, after changing the flight schedule on me, the brilliant folks at expedia had me departing out of a different airport 1000 miles away from where I live.
