Good Points
Easy to use website

Bad Points
MANY! - 3 weeks delivery against 48hr promised timescales, Poor packaging providing no protection for contents, Poor (or no) response to emails, Could not find a phone number, Poor operational systems - staff could not tell me where my order was, or why it had been delayed. Poor response to my complaint & feedback

General Comments
THE worst online service I have ever experienced - and I shop online a lot! In my opinion there are much better companies out there - Figleaves for example...
