General Comments

I received a call from the Insurance Centre two days after purchasing a mobile phone in Carphonewarehouse. I mentioned at least 5 times at the time of buying the mobile phone that i did not intend to get an insurance.
The caller asked me if everything was fine with my mobile phone, I said yes, and subsequently he asked me if I wanted a headset insurance. I said no and I said I did say it when I was buying the mobile phone and I did not want to be charge any extra for any insurance.

He then said he did not ask for my life story, I asked what he said, he said it two more times. I said how can you say such thing, he said he can say whatever he wants and then he released the call.

I got his name and contact number and I called him back to tell him I'm going to take this further.
