Spanair flight was on time and staff were friendly. However, Lost my luggage. Numerous (expensive) phone calls never yielded a single person who could tell me anything about my bag except that it was missing. They asked for a letter requesting compensation, which I have sent twice. I have never received a response. It has been over 7 months now, and I have never received my luggage, compensation or explanation.
