Fairly prompt at answering the phone.
Bad Points
Where do I start? Never miss a chance to try to sell you something, even when you're phoning up to complain. Online login is not easy to use. Requests for new security codes didn't arrive even after 3 requests, meaning I was locked out of the online banking service. Online banking only lets you see the last few weeks worth of statements, you can't go back any further. Generally hopeless.
General Comments
Not impressed. Barclays took over Woolwich and so my Woolwich account was automatically switched. They closed my local Woolwich. Service is much worse than Woolwich. I have nothing good to say about Barclays, I'm moving simply to get better online service.
