Easy to clean and heated very evenly so I didn't have to worry much about hot spots.
Bad Points
Value for money poor.
General Comments
I wouldn't recommend these scanpan classic pans due to the high cost and poor quality. Pans were supposed to be resistant to scratches and chipping and within a year the two smaller pans I used most often started peeling and flaking apart. I even used special utensils for teflon coatings and placed paper towels between the pans when not in use. I expected pans that cost as much as these did to have a better quality to them.
