In flight entertainment seat back screen, fare paid on this journey, meal service.
Inconsistent service on both flights, staff attitude.
My first trip with Virgin Atlantic for many years, flying from LGW to Havana, Cuba. The jumbo jet was well maintained, and the flights were reasonably on schedule. However, in flight service was very mixed. Outbound a flight attendant offered to hang my suit jacket in a wardrobe during the flight, and a selection of newspapers were available to all passengers on enterting the aircraft. On the return flight, I was brusquely told that I had to put my suit jacket in the overheard locker (despite my boarding early) and my enquiry for a newspaper was met by the statement "Only available to Premium Economy and Upper Class passengers". Therefore, an inconsistent service.
