General Comments
I don't understand where many of these negative comments about this Classic Scanpan are coming from - even a low heat is suitable for frying with my pan. Why would anyone want to use the full heat? To purposely burn food? The reason other pans need to have full heat is because they are cheap quality and poor heat conductors. My Scanpan has never let me down in 7 years - very surprised that so many claim to be disappointed. Non-stick still completely effective and no scratches.
