Comfy seats. Clean planes, competitive prices.
Most of the crew (not all, a few are good) don't have the first idea how to assist a single parent flying with a child. No baby food on flights, very little assistance offered during 30 hours of flying. Made me check in the 4kg backpack pushchair even though the previous two legs of the journey I'd been able to take on as carry on???
I guess I'm still annoyed by the lack of help, the indifference to my struggle with luggage/child/trolley and then to be told I have to check his pushchair in too... Oh and no we don't have any food for him, does he want a mars bar? Offering a 10 month old a mars bar!?!?
But then to top it off - when I try to redeem my air miles to get a "free" gift I find that it'll cost me between $80NZ to $150NZ postage! And that I can't use airpoints to pay for the postage. Not sure what part of "free" that falls under...
Rant over... Needless to say I will not be using them again.
