Good Points

It fills the time while I am bored.

Bad Points

Poor customer service- when returning defective products, I seem to really fight to get the refund for the return postage! Despite frequent reminders. What is going on?

General Comments

They really need to have a solid after sales customer service, if they want to keep your customers. They have lost me, for the sake of a few pounds of return postage.
