A very disappointing experience and a waste of money.
The Seafood Restaurant of Rick Stein in Padstow is a noisy, bright restaurant with no atmosphere. The food was very ordinary and even paying over £30 for lobster didn't guarantee a good meal. Frankly the staff seemed like they couldn't care less, don't go there for a relaxing or gastronomic experience.
