Good Points

Competitive prices for new customers and gave us best available price when purchased second car last year. Administration of policies was efficient.


Bad Points

Renewal quotes excessively high - switched away from Post Office for first car end of last year, saving over £100, over 25%. Quote now in for second car at double the going rate (with same insurer!). When called to cancel, explaining why, they wanted to discuss saying there must be some mistake but too late - trust is gone.


General Comments

Are these companies just having a laugh at existing customers - relying on apathy to see what they can get away with?
