Many years ago I was with Demon, excellent service - and then I moved to Tiscali (which has been a joke recently) - see my comments about them - so its back to Demon and so far, best thing I've done for years, speed increase and although the technical is overseas (like most ISP's) - they have very helpful and phoning them during the day is OK - you do get thro, today @ 1pm - call picked up immediately and advice given, which was actually my problem aned resolved. Early days of this change - but I hope they continue to deliver what I have today, hence why I rate them at 7 - pending 10 if all remains.
