His writing and singing are incredible, and almost every track feels fresh and compelling.
Cute Sushi Lunches is perhaps the only weak song on the album.
This is an excellent and criminally underrated album. Allowing Corner to take over on lead vocals in the place of the lauded Kelli Dayton was a brave step for this band, and her departure caused this album to be shunned by many fans of 'Becoming X', when in reality, this is a far stronger piece of work than anything they had produced previously.
