General Comments

I've had this Motorola T720 mobile phone for over a year, and was attracted by the sleek design. As a basic phone, the only complaint I have is against the quiet ring tones - even on Loud, it's virtually inaudible outside. Otherwise, it's been reliable, and hasn't let me down. However, I have been really disappointed by several aspects. I haven't been able to use several features it's supposed to have as neither the poor manual nor the website offer any instruction on how to use them. The text inbox is really small and fills up rapidly. The menu system is not very intuitive. Handango made an appalling mess of trying to send me a ringtone, both of us giving up after they failed to take the time to understand the problem which was easily fixed. Also, the phone inexplicably uses different ringtones each time to let me know of voice messages. Overall. this phone is dissapointing as it could have been a real belter.
