Good Points

Excellent quality, very pleased with all the products I ordered. Spent over £400 in total. Especially recommend their Ultimate Hungarian pillows.

Bad Points

Delivery times incorrect. All items took longer than advertised. Lack of communication.

General Comments

Was promised all items by Duvet and Pillow Warehouse before Christmas but waited until middle of January for one of the items. If I had not rang them a couple of times I would have never known the item was out of stock.
