General Comments

The Wife and I used to go to Achari in West Drayton maybe once a month. The last time we went it was for a special night out just the two of us. We went to Achari got a table for two sat down and ordered, all was the norm untill 45 minute later the food had not come out and there was only another 3 tables with customers on, a table of 4, 2 and a party of 6 girls. I started to feel let down when the party of 6 got their food after about 25 minutes, even though we had ordered before them!
When the food did come out the rice was cold and the curry was barely warm. I asked the waiter why was this when at that moment the manager came over and asked us if there was a problem? I told him and he started to tell the waiter what to do about it.The food came back soon, piping hot so it had been put in the microwave, nuked and not very fresh.
We ate as much as we could and asked for the bill when it came we was aware that there was beer on the order and it was over priced by about £45! I told the waiter that we only had diet coke and that the bill was incorrect, he came back with a revised bill and we paid and never went back.
Shame we used to rave about that place to our friends and even used it as a take away when it was being done up about 5 years ago.
