Easy to access general overview of accounts, fairly quick response to messages.
Account management is cumbersome and poorly designed. Message response should be simpler, ie, direct step by step answer to direct question would be an improvement.
I have been with Smile for some years now and always been really happy with it. I particularly liked the ethical aspect of Smile Banking. However things seems to be going from bad to worse and I am revising my opinion of Smile. Account management is really difficult to wade through, eg, no running balance column on the statements, limited space to put reference details when making payments out. They have been quick to charge me even though I believe the fault lies within their user-unfriendly system. And lately am having difficulty accessing one account. My confidence in them is shaken to say the least and I am on the point of closing my accounts and moving elsewhere. They could take a look at other internet banking websites and learn a lesson or two.
