General Comments

Same problem here. Never got my 1st cashback although they received my paperwork on 2Jan 08. Called - no luck with a guy, when asked to speak to the manager he replied "Manager is in a meeting" (yeah, right), emailed - no answer. Sent in 2nd cashback claim - envelope returned yesterday. That's when discovered The Mobile Outlet does not exist anymore.
Called T Mobile despite other people's experience of not getting anything from then either. T Mobile (rightly so, can't take responsibility for someone else) but they did let me lower my price plan from Flex 35 to Flex 20. No more deals possible. So now i have 1/4 of my previous allowance, but couldn't afford any more.
Good luck to everyone else. Let's keep fighting. And never going for the cashback deals any more although done it happily for the last 4 years.
