Bad Points
It is virtually impossible to cancel membership. I have linked five times to their support team which handles cancellations, and have never received confirmation as far as I am aware. I signed up for a trial 3 month membership with the understanding it was a one time charge, and they ended up automatically renewing my membership as far as I am concerned. This seems to be a universal problem as there are innumerable horror stories online at consumer complaint sites with others having troubles in this area in my opinion.

General Comments
It sounds good, but once you pay to access its services, there is little that is meaningful as guestbook entries, for example, only have the name of the person who signed it.


I had been a member willingly for the three months which I authorize payment for and now find myself continuing a membership which I do not want despite many efforts to cancel it. I do not recommend Classmates.com.
