Good Points

The price. It was the lowest I could find with a supposedly 'good' name. Clearly I'm not good at making a judgement as to what a "Good" company is.


Bad Points

If you have a problem, they don't get back to you even when they tell you they will. They refused (yes REFUSED) to listen to the tape recording of the orginal telephone call when I was given innaccurate and misleading information. On 3 occassions, during 3 seperate phone calls, staff told me that they couldn't give me their surname or that of a colleague. On a subsequent call (the 4th call) I was told that if I'd got the surname of the person I'd previously spoken to they could help me.


General Comments

As with so many companies these days "sorry" is a word that doesn't pass the lips of their staff easily. As a result, at some point in your dealings with them you will feel the need to say something like "Isn't this where you say - 'I'm sorry Mr/Mrs Customer.......'
Their desire to solve your problem is minimal - if your experience is like mine. The staff do not see you as someone who needs help; you are the problem.
