The customer service at Lloyds is incredibly bad. I wanted to transfer money abroad the other day and I was asked to go to a different branch (15 Minutes away by bus), because their fax was broken down and they did not know whether and when they would be able to use it again. This should not be their customers problem, should it? They also are happy to charge fees for overdraft, even if it is only some pence and there is a savings account with more than enough money on to cover . I am quite fed up with their service and I am looking for someone else now.
