No good points worth mentioning about my DM Tech LCD TV. Dreadful product, appalling after-sales service.

DM Tech LCD TV consistently lost channels. When I contacted the company, a very bored sounding young woman said they'd phone me back in an hour. I left it two hours then phoned them back. They said they'd get a technician to phone me back immediately. Nobody called. The next day I managed to speak to a technician, he talked me through the rebooting system. After two days the set lost it's picture completely, though the sound remained. Phoned them again, they sent a courier to pick the TV up a few days later. Four days later the TV was returned. The picture was restored but couldn't receive digital TV anymore. Tried to phone DM Tech, a recorded voice told me that their office was currently closed and was only open between 9:00am and 6:00pm, I checked my watch and found that it was 5:17pm. Life's too short for this sort of hassle. Don't touch a DM Tech TV with your own or anyone else's bargepole.

DM Tech 20 inch LCD TV & DVD combination were strongly recommended by the salesman at Curry's. The set was not cheap, so, falling into the trap of thinking that paying a bit more and taking the recommendation of Curry's salesman would ensure quality viewing, I bought it. Wild horses wouldn't get me to buy another DM Tech TV and it's the last time I bother with Currys.
