Everything as far as I am concerned.
General Comments
I joined aol with the carphone warehouse the worst thing I have ever done, for over two months now I have had no phone and a broadband speed of less than half a mb, I have spoken to operators, supervisors, managers stage one and two who have told me thats all the line will take, NOT TRUE, the line was being upgraded by bt. NOT TRUE, the phone would not work because of talk talk at the carphone warehouse, again NOT TRUE, they also said they would fix the problem after 24 hrs, 3 days, 3-5 days, 5-7 days, and 7-10 days all of whice failed, my whole experience with aol up to now has been one of problems as far as I am concerned, they can read from a manual but do they understand it, NO, they haven't got a clue, only 21 more months!
