HP's latest BIOS update 15 takes care of the loud fan issue. It worked great.

I haven't found anything about this model that I don't like. It's great.
General Comments
I'm in the computer repair business and needed a dependable, fast and hardware packed notebook to take on appointments. I didn't want to spend a fortune on one that I was going to move around a lot and possibly damage. This HP Pavilion Ze5375us puts up with everything that I come up with. HP's latest BIOS update ver "15" takes care of the loud fan issue very well.
