Good Points

The showroom staff were polite and helpful.


Bad Points

Calls are not returned, dates are changed without notice and I am still waiting for the work to be started 9 weeks after delivery of materials.


General Comments

Customer service is non-existent. Calls are not returned despite reassurances that a same day call will be made. I have been given four dates so far, each time no-one has contacted me to say the date has changed- it is only when I call Dolphin that I am told of further delays...and I am still waiting for work to begin...oh yes and of course, I have paid the full amount in advance.
