I was previously with freenetname, had no problems when they were taken over with madasafish I tried to change my payments to another account, they then started taking money from both accounts, after some frustrating telephone calls to their call center with people who I had trouble understanding the issue was not resolved, it is still not resolved 6 months later as far as I am concerned and they have never passed me to someone who could assist in my opinion.
They have canceled my line and have still taken money from me even though I canceled the DDI as far as I am aware, my bank is claiming the money back and I am going to OFCOM not madafish!
