Good Points

Really cheap even when have points on licence & also get breakdown cover.


Bad Points

Weren't very helpful when had accident that was not my fault, solicitors used were also rubbish, in the end they offered 50/50 liability which I opted for as it would have been thronw out of court & cost more money than it was worth to fight the case.


General Comments

Really good as you can at least speak to people rather than an automated service. Customer Service may not be that great but hey find me an insurance company where all their customers have a great customer service experience!
