Good Points

NONE!!!!!!!!!!! maybe the fact that it can heat up in 6 seconds...


Bad Points

I've been using a normal straightener for years without any problems. The C2 caused my hair to appear frizzy and damaged. I will never use it again, nor recommend this product to anyone.


General Comments

Nobody was willing to give me a refund or exchange the product as it was already used (even though it has a one year guarantee)
