General Comments

My son's phone was stolen but the claim was declined because I had not informed Fonesafe that my son was an 'authorized user' on my contract. When T-Mobile sold me this policy they were completely aware that the phone was for my son, yet they never pointed out this small print. I am disgusted with both Fonesafe and T-Mobile. T-Mobile should take responsibility for pointing this small print out because it must be very usual for a parent to take out the contract for a phone to be used by their child. Most people wouldn't dream that their phone wouldn't be protected because it was being used by their child.
