Easy to follow once you have done it a couple of times.
Clear direction
Good segments to fit n around your own schedule
The real before and after part
music slightly boring but once you know the moves you can mute and put on your own
You need to watch and practice the cooldown floor moves a few times to get it right
Charlie Brooks, Before and After Workout is an excellent dvd which I would really recommend, it does what it says it will if you put the effort in. Charlie is so normal that you don't feel intimidated or defeated before you even start. These results are really attainable if you commit too.
