General Comments
My shopping experience with Gems TV USA started off on a good start but declined very quickly. On the Gems TV broadcast, they continuously promote the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, return for ANY reason, and their risk free shopping. If you follow this policy and have a high rate of returns, Gems TV will block your account. I followed their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, and did not realize my account was blocked until I called to place an order. This is a shopping network...so I was so surprised that they no longer wanted my business after I spent a few thousand dollars. This is so unfair! I contacted the Gems TV Corporate Office, but was ignored. Talk about the worst shopping experience ever. I am glad I found out how they treat their customers and what this company is all about, their bottom line. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Have had bad experience 3 times in a row and will never buy again. Would rather pay more for better quality and good customer service. Will not recommend to anyone!




I disagree with this review because... they do the 30-day money back guarantee as a courtesy; they lose money by doing this, because they have to put more labor into pulling items/shipping/recieving them back/restocking/relisting each item. As such, you should not abuse this policy. Furthermore, you agree to their terms and conditions when you order from them- and unlike some companies/sites, their terms and conditions are written quite clearly and are easy to read. This is directly from their terms and conditions:
" The success of the TV games depends on the good faith of the participants. GemsTV tries to strike a reasonable balance between allowing cancellations and returns and maintaining the integrity of the TV games. All participants in TV games, therefore, must place their bids in good faith with the intention of purchasing the item at the bid price - or at a lower price if the price continues to fall before the game ends. While GemsTV does have a no questions asked 30-day return policy, customers who repeatedly order and then return products (or cancel their orders) without good reason may be barred from further use of this website and/or participation in TV games via telephone."
