General Comments

I was involved in an accident on the M25 where another person drove into the back of me while sat in still traffic. I passed on the 3rd partys vehicle reg number, name/address & tel Number to Endsleigh. I have had nothing but trouble since day one. They were writing to me at the wrong address although I informed them on numerous occasions of this. They and the garage told me everything was settled and I had nothing to pay but 3 months later the garage called me to say I owe them £550 as the claim hadn't actually been settled. The solicitors approved by Endsleigh were chasing the wrong person although I informed them on numerous occasions. A year later the solicitors have finally contacted the correct person involved but they tell me he has written to confirm he crashed into me but refuses to pass on his ins details, therefore Endsleigh and the solicitors have closed the case and I have lost out on my £550 excess, lost my NCB and my premium went up £200!! Not acceptable.
