General Comments
I would not advise anyone to sign up to the Duet Store Card. I was first attracted to this card by the initial discount and assumed it would be like a store card, which I would be able to pay off straight away as soon as I had made the purchase with the discount, like the storecards in New Look and TopShop. However, I was told I had to wait for a bill which did not arrive until near Christmas. Because of the Christmas closures, I made the payment only two days before it was due. However, I still got a late charge, as apparently the bank did not process the money for at least a few working days, and was charged £20. I complained and got the late fee of £20 cancelled.

I also have been charged a late fee of £20 for the same reason,
i payed my bill in full and the only charge that was on the bill was the £20 so they knew it was payed in full.
As for contacting them it is impossible I have been on the phone for an hour without hanging upthis morning and all you get is a recorded message saying your call is important to them.
I will never use this card again and also never use JJB sports as they seemed like they couldn't care less.
