My heart literally sinks whenever I get a card/letter through the door from SMS. They are so poor. Seriously if you ever need a bank card/passport/gig tickets, make sure you ask them if possible not to use SMS.
Firstly I had a fastrack passport made as I was travelling in about 3 weeks. The passport was made in about 4 days. I had about 4 days till I was about to travel and I was getting nervous. I rang SMS and apparently they tried to deliver a week ago (didn't leave a card or let me know though) and the next available spot was next week. I threw a fit and he basically said i was nothing i can do. as soon as i asked for the manager he said that he found a spot for the next day to deliver. They arrived but didn't even ask for ID.
Gig tickets at work arrived fine, someone randomly put them on my desk. No ID asked again.
Next was my mum's bank card. Randomly got a card through the door one afternoon, didn't use the doorbell. Arranged re-delivery for the next day. It got to about 7pm and still no card - the driver was delayed, fair enough. Come 8pm we were advised that it had already been delivered. How they can deliver it to the wrong address without ID is beyond me. Took it up with customer services who said they'd put in a complaint for me via their team leader. Next day the card just arrived randomly and they ASKED for ID!
