My claim has been going on for 2 months and delayed all because they keep on advising they do not have my dog history! They requested it once and never chased it, now they have been chasing it they still haven't found it on their fax machine even though the vets claimed they have sent it at least twice! I have been fed wrong information by their customer service consultants, they do not look into the detail and even when you ask about information they have no investigative skills! It is an absolute joke, I would recommend not to go with them as it is a lie that they pride themselves on a "speedy response"!
